Outbound Marketing: Just as the name implies, you will need to go out in search of potential buyers for your domains. This can be very tedious but fetches fast sale. You can easily outbound your geo domains because they have target audience. You will need an email account to achieve this as you will be sending emails to 50-100 or more potential buyers. You can use your current email address for this or create a new one. Make sure your input name does not show that you are a Nigerian, as Americans hate dealing with Nigerians. You can use your English name instead. This is an example of a sales template:

You can edit it to your taste, and remember to change the name, email and Domain to yours.
You can use ENQUIRY or your domain name as the tittle, mine will be: DURHAM CLINIC. And send the mail one after the other. Don't send bulk messages as it may end up in the Spam folder of your end-user. Always keep record of your end users email address in case you didn't receive a reply the first time, so you can send a follow-up message.

How To Get End Users On Google
You can easily find the emails of end-users on Google, Facebook, Bing and Yellowpages. There also some paid tools you can use to get emails in bulk.

To get end users email on Google and Bing:
* Type the keywords of your domain in the search field
* Then start visiting each websites from page to page to collect their email. You can get emails from their homepage, contact or about page. If you can't get it there you can use their message form to send them message or simply visit their fb page.

For Google,  instead of going from page to page you can simply use their Google map by clicking more places and visiting each results one after the other.

Facebook Outbound
To contact end users via Facebook, follow the given steps:
* Type the keywords of your domain on your Facebook search field,
* Once there click on pages or places.
* Then visit the about section of each page one after the other to get their email. If you can't find any just send them a message using your messanger app. You can easily do this with your phone. You can also use your computer. Remember to get good result, you must be able to send upto 50-100 outbound messages. If you didn't get a reply after 3 days, you can send a follow-up email to remind your end-users. Don't stop sending follow up until you sell your domain or you get the 'not interested' reply.
